Epic Bridges Interface Developer

Are you an experienced Epic Bridges Interface Analyst ready to work for an Innovative and Dynamic IT Department? Here at Lee Health we have been a winner of the Most Wired award, 4 consecutive years.
We are looking for an experienced Epic Interface Programmer / Developer to join our team. This person should have experience in Epic Bridges, HL7 and preferably with OPENLink interface engine.
The Epic Bridges Interface Programmer / Developer performs functional review, analyzes, support and modifies programming systems including encoding, testing, debugging and installing for a large-scale mainframe and server based computer business system. Works effectively with a variety of Information Systems concepts, practices, and procedures. Develops and maintains project plans for medium and small projects. Performs analysis based on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals related to the implementation of computerized business solutions. Performs a variety of complicated tasks related to the maintenance and development of computer business system support.
Additional responsibilities may include:
Independently design and document issue resolution proposals
Perform Interface configuration and build changes
Direct and participate in testing processes
Direct routine regression testing processes and validate testing outcomes
Accurately document and appropriately escalate any observed testing failures
Manage defined projects
Triage/research undefined projects
Epic/Technical experience requirements:
Epic Bridges Experience and Certification required
HL7 experience required
Experience with any Interface Engine (OPENLink, Cloverleaf, etc.) required
Additional Experience Preferences:
OPENLink Interface Engine experience preferred

Additional Requirements
experience in the development and implementation (including project leadership) of online and batch applications, preferably in an business and/or administrative environment. At least 5 years experience with data analysis, design and implementation, including experience working with end users to gather and interpret requirements. At least 3 years of programming and design experience. In-depth knowledge of security requirements, web services, service-oriented architecture, design patterns, multi-threaded systems, and automated unit testing. Ability to learn new technologies within a few weeks. Must have solid platform skills.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
