Team Lead Pharmacy Information Systems (Epic Willow Inpatient)

The Team Lead Pharmacy Information Systems (Epic Inpatient) is primarily responsible for management of Pharmacy and medication related electronic medical record (EMR) projects by applying project management discipline to the entire project lifecycle. The Team Lead / Project Manager will identify critical success factors, establish goals and objectives, manage and meet the expectations of stakeholders, and manage the scope, timeline, cost and quality factors associated with the project. Applies advanced business systems analysis knowledge and expertise to accomplish business objectives. The Team Lead primarily directs and leads core EMR pharmacy application teams in the implementation of assigned projects and/or support services to insure optimum quality design, timeliness, cost effectiveness, and supportability. The Team Lead is a working team member as well as the leader of the designated team of staff members. Job responsibilities may include, but are not limited to - System Analysis and Design, Development and Implementation, Customer Management, On-going System Maintenance and Support, Vendor Relationships / Communication, Internal Operations and Staff Management. The Team Lead Pharmacy Information Systems will take over primary responsibilities for the Inpatient Epic Willow system and team.
