This company wants to brig the mobile development in housee.
Right now they use a 3rd party, so there will be vendor interfacing.
Candidate will have grown up as a developeer and preferably has experience in the retail industry.
The Manager, Mobility is responsible for the oversight and development of mobile store applications including POS and mobile applications.
QUAIFICATIONS:
- BA/BS degree.
- 10
years equivalent work experience. - 4 years management experience leading teams.
- Swift development highly preferred
- Experience building and delivering highly scalable, reliable, and complex software systems on-time and on budget.
- Experience in mobility and mobile applications is required.
Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodology. - Retail experience a plus
Knowledge Skills/Abilities Training Systems
- Comprehensive knowledge of architecture, design, development, and implementation of store systems, including POS and mobile applications.
- Proven ability to effectively manage a team through coaching, mentoring, training and delivering evaluations of performance.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to develop completely new problem-solving approaches and formulate innovative solutions.
- Demonstrated collaboration skills with the ability to handle conflict and to work with a distributed team.
- Proven communication skills, both written and verbal.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
