This company wants to brig the mobile development in housee.
Right now they use a 3rd party, so there will be vendor interfacing.
Candidate will have grown up as a developeer and preferably has experience in the retail industry.
The Manager, Mobility is responsible for the oversight and development of mobile store applications including POS and mobile applications.

QUAIFICATIONS:

  • BA/BS degree.
  • 10
    years equivalent work experience.
  • 4 years management experience leading teams.
  • Swift development highly preferred
  • Experience building and delivering highly scalable, reliable, and complex software systems on-time and on budget.
  • Experience in mobility and mobile applications is required.
    Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodology.
  • Retail experience a plus

Knowledge Skills/Abilities Training Systems

  • Comprehensive knowledge of architecture, design, development, and implementation of store systems, including POS and mobile applications.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage a team through coaching, mentoring, training and delivering evaluations of performance.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to develop completely new problem-solving approaches and formulate innovative solutions.
  • Demonstrated collaboration skills with the ability to handle conflict and to work with a distributed team.
  • Proven communication skills, both written and verbal.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
