Conduct organizational studies and evaluations of vacation rental property company.
Design systems and procedures and conduct work simplification and measurement studies for vacation rental property company.
Draft policy & procedure manuals for daily operations for sales department and administration department for vacation rental property company.
Design and implement internal communication and information flow procedures.
Design and implement internal inventory control and cost analysis procedures.
Acquire and collate data and information on existing operational procedures; Identify problem areas.
Review and analyze data and information to ascertain new procedures to produce optimum performance.
Oversee implementation of new procedures by personnel.
Liaise with management re implementation of new procedures.
Design and implement procedures to ensure protection and retrieval of management records.
Observe employees in daily activities to identify areas of improvement. Liaise with management in respect of recommended courses of action. Meet with employees as required to implement requisite procedural changes.
Provide management with detailed reports of observations and recommendations in respect of operational activities and procedures.
Plan study of work problems and procedures, such as organizational change, communications, information flow, integrated production methods, inventory control, or cost analysis.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 2 years experience in job offered;
