Program Description
HTAP is currently seeking five art instructors for the summer. Each instructor will participate in a Train the Trainer program to learn about human trafficking and familiarize themselves with the ARTREACH program. The art instructor will then assist at least 2 ARTREACH programs from May to August 2015, offering art instruction as appropriate. The instructor will be required to write a written evaluation report after assisting the programs including recommendations, techniques, and suggestions and comments to the Art Curriculum Developer and the HTAP Program Coordinator for inclusion in the curriculum manual.
Responsibilities
Participate in a Train the Trainer (6 hours)
Assist with two ARTREACH programs (20 hours)
Write a written evaluation report based on your experience with ARTREACH
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Formal artistic training (specifically painting)
Experience working with acrylics
Interest in learning about human trafficking, and using your artistic talents to improve our programs
Start Date

Compensation
$600 stipendEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
