Responsibilities:
Work with the Marketing and Application Development teams to build and support a variety of branded web sites/applications for both the internal and external end users.
Build scalable, data driven web applications that support both the sales and delivery of training in various formats.
Develop, implement and maintain web service integrations between key technology platforms.
SQL development as required.
Application/Framework design as needed.
Specifications/Requirements gathering as needed.
Routine daily maintenance of existing sites and applications.
Skills/Requirements JOB REQUIREMENTS:

years of experience as a Developer or similar role.
3
years of exposure to Web-based technologies HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, CSS/CSS3, C#, ASP.
NET, Web Services, XML a must.
Experience working with enterprise data repositories like SQL Server, Oracle or MySQL.
Understanding of website performance and latency issues In-depth knowledge of client/server and web-based technologies with the ability to design solutions which make best use of the architecture being employed by the company.
Strong knowledge and comprehension of Object Oriented development techniques Must possess initiative with strong analytical and problem solving skills Strong interpersonal, communication (written and oral), organization and planning skills Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced cross-functional development environment while maintaining the support and operation of critical application systems in parallel Possess the ability to stay up to date with industry technology trends and new development to maintain current skills and remain current with industry standards Additional Requirements of the Web Developer:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science.
Equivalent experience may be substituted Experience with Siebel or a comparable CRM based solution preferred Ecommerce system development as well as experience working with Learning Management or Content Delivery systems a plus.
