Prospective customers see a fully working demonstration app allowing the sales manager (you) to discuss what components are needed/wanted, what is customizable, what features are included and what can be tailored. -3 plus years phone sales experience -Business-to-business sales experience -Prospecting and lead generation experience -Demonstrable phone presentation and closing experience/skills -Career sales history and statistics including close ratios -Fair and above organization skills -Good writing and overall communication habits and skill -Genuine interest in professional services marketing and App technology Previous law firm sales experience is a plus but not required. Responsibilities include: -Daily prospecting activity through proven channels -Creative prospecting techniques -Working directly with decision makers -Qualifying prospects -Conducting thorough process-based presentations -Assessing and communicating value to each prospective client -Closing for a decision -Diligent customer service when needed Compensation consists of a base salary plus aggressive commissions with no cap. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
