Myers office is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3-7 years of litigation experience preferably in either first-party property or general liability defense litigation.We offer a high-volume practice that will offer opportunities for growth, all while providing the guidance of experienced attorneys to ensure success. Our philosophy is to provide exceptional and cost-effective personal representation to our clients.The candidate will be taking depositions, conducting site inspections, attending court hearings, preparing and responding to discovery, and assisting in trials. Admission to the Florida Bar is required. Excellent academic credentials with skills in writing and analysis are needed.Candidates will handle their own caseload and build business relationships with clients. Ideal candidates should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and a strong work ethic to thrive in a fast-paced litigation environment.
