We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Grounds Maintenance Worker to join our team.
As a Grounds Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining the landscape and grounds of our facility.
This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work with power tools and equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, edging, weeding, and pruning - Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees - Operate power tools and equipment such as trimmers, blowers, and lawn mowers - Assist with tree care, including trimming and removal - Maintain clean and organized garden areas - Perform lawn care tasks such as fertilizing, aerating, and watering - Dig trenches for irrigation systems or other landscaping projects Requirements:
- Previous experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping preferred - Knowledge of proper use and maintenance of power tools and equipment - Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods of time - Basic understanding of tree care techniques and practices - Familiarity with lawn care methods and procedures - Ability to work independently or as part of a team - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Note:
