We are hiring highly skilled Analysts who are self starters, can work with a variety of clients, and are seeking to work full-time.
Your role as an Case Manager/BCBA or Assistant Case Manager/BCaBA will be to build a uniquely educational experience for children in the South West Florida community with developmental disorders such as ASD, ADD and ADHD through the science of Applied Behavior Analysis therapy.

Conducts Behavior Assessments Creates client program books and updates/enters new targets Updates objectives that have been mastered for both reduction and acquisition Observes the therapist implementing reduction and acquisition program(s) at minimum of once per week Provides praise or corrective feedback (e.
g.
, including modeling if necessary) if the programs are being implemented incorrectly Reviews case progress and RBT goals monthly Discusses the client's progress with caregiver and discuss issues occurring in the home with the caregiver that are related to the program objectives once per week Trains parents at minimum of once per month Assists completion of RBT annual evaluations Informs immediate supervisor of issues as they arise Completes daily progress notes and converts time sheets in the last 15 minutes of session Ensures RBT's complete daily notes and converts time within the last 15 minutes of session Submits reports (e.
g.
, reauthorization and monthly reports) at minimum of two weeks prior to authorization expiration May review behavior plans with new RBT at the start of case as delegated by LCM May coordinate case start activities (i.
e.
reviews behavior plan with RBT, activity schedule, expectations for the case, etc.
) Prepares or coordinates the preparation of case materials and case activities for RBT Communicates any case challenges and/or resolves case challenges swiftly Coordinates all case logistics (i.
e.
ensuring RBT has school badge if applicable) Identifies areas of development of RBT Assesses client satisfaction Completes supervision as per board requirements Ensures/monitors case appointment adherence Reviews parent handbook and BIP with client at start of case Minimum
Qualifications:
Three to five years experience as a BCaBA or BCBA Bachelor's degree (BCaBA) or Master's degree (BCBA) Board Certified by the BACB as a BCaBA or BCBA Exceptional leadership and coaching skills Highly organized Emphasizes the importance of time management skills Job Type:
