Our construction company has 2 focuses, 1 installing doors, cabinets and trim in large apartment complexes and 2 doing demise wall and office build-outs.
We need someone that can lead our teams in 2-3 locations and make sure they are hitting time standards and quality standards.
Need to know about construction, train people on installing doors, cabinets, trim, frame walls, hang and finish drywall.
You also need to know how to read plans and keep the team on task.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring successful completion within budget and timeline - Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders - Develop detailed project plans, including tasks, timelines, and resource allocation - Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure project progress and resolve any issues or conflicts - Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders - Identify and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies as needed - Conduct project evaluations and post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement
Qualifications:
- Work experience - Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role - Strong knowledge of lean principles and project management methodologies - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with diverse teams - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Experience in change management and process mapping is a plus If you are a highly organized individual with excellent leadership skills and a passion for driving successful projects, we encourage you to apply.
