Summary:
Maintains and repairs equipment, fixtures, and structures on property in accordance with supervisory instruction.
Maintain property grounds in clean and orderly manner in keeping with established quality standards.
Primary
Responsibilities:
Begin working on Daily Maintenance Checklist unless instructed differently by General Manager Maintains, repairs, and overhauls equipment and machinery and reports problems to General Manager Responds to calls promptly, completing maintenance tasks requested by guests Paint walls, ceilings, fixtures, building, or equipment to prevent corrosion as needed Hang wall fixtures, replace light bulbs and filters, and shampoo carpets Remove garbage from hotel to dumpster Complete maintenance requests Maintain inventory of tools and supplies Conduct routine inspections of hotel and determines maintenance needs and completes the Preventative Maintenance Checklist Ensures the parking lot, pool, and grounds areas are maintained according to established quality standards Maintains compliance with company policies, practices, and procedures Reports in a proper uniform, which is cleaned and pressed Attends and participates in staff meetings Works in accordance with General Manager to set up and complete special and on going projects Performs other duties as needed or assigned Must be able to regularly lift 50lbs.
