Position Overview:
As a Dining Room Host at Chick-fil-A, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests feel welcome and cared for during their visit.
You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, assisting guests with their needs, and creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Key
Responsibilities:
Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor as they enter the restaurant.
Seat guests in an efficient and organized manner, taking into consideration their preferences.
Assist guests with any special requests or accommodations they may need.
Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the dining room, including tables, chairs, and condiment stations.
Monitor and replenish dining room supplies as needed.
Ensure a smooth flow of guests in the dining area to optimize their dining experience.
Collaborate with other team members to provide outstanding service.
Handle guest feedback and concerns professionally and escalate issues as necessary.
Uphold Chick-fil-A's high standards of quality and cleanliness.
Qualifications:
