is an authorized contractor to FedEx Ground.
This position is not working directly for FedEx Ground but for a contractor who provides services meaning you will be assisting with the loading of delivery vehicles owned by the contractor.
You will answer directly to the contractor and management team in place not FedEx management staff.
Based on volume you could also be paid to assist the driver if needed along his or her route.
This would be looked at on a case by case basis.
