Must learn and know the guidelines set forth by the Hilton and the Lee County Food Lodging Laws regarding food temperature and safety.
Must be able to learn to calculate what the hotel needs for the day after preparation for breakfast.
Must be able to breakdown the breakfast after the closing time and clean up the area.
Responsible for driving guests to the airport and picking up guests when the other shuttle drivers are not available.
