Responsibilities:
Strong customer service skills Staffing responsibilities - screening, interviews, on-boarding Training and motivating team members Monitoring all service of equipment Cashier monitoring - managing cash from earnings Uncompromising standards in maintaining a clean and safe work environment Unloading, stocking and maintaining required inventory level
Qualifications:
Have excellent communication skills, management/leadership and organizational skills Be a true team leader and have the ability to hold others accountable as well as yourself Be able to operate computer systems.
Work closely with Store Manager to handle operations of store Have a deep commitment to customer satisfaction Have a strong work ethic and be dedicated to the success of the restaurant Minimum of 2 years restaurant management experience - preferably in QSR industry
