You will be responsible for procuring materials, supplies, parts, and equipment necessary for daily operations.
We are professional, agile and our goal is to provide fleet customers with superior over the top fleet management without impeding their day to day operation.
Essential Duties &
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with direct manager to help ensure all parts needed for daily operations are ordered and received in a timely matter for all pending fleet maintenance.
Execute purchase orders and track inventory as directed.
Monitors and assists in maintaining inventory levels Pick up purchased orders/parts and deliver to companies parts storage location Other duties as requested, directed or assigned.
Basic
Qualifications:
Excellent decision-making skills and a sense of urgency.
Strong negotiator with demonstrated experience achieving cost-savings.
Team player with keen problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage several different tasks simultaneously.
Intermediate written and verbal communication skills Driver's License Preferred Skills/
Experience:
Experience in automotive parts purchasing / procurement.
Automotive parts industry experience Experience with Microsoft Office Job Type:
