We are seeking a Customer Sales Coordinator to join our organization and provide support to our team in customizing benefits products to clients and ultimately grow into a branch management role.
This can include a range of tasks such as:
Provide excellent customer service to both new and existing customers Coordinate and schedule meetings and presentations with clients and internal teams Assist in the preparation and delivery of proposals and presentations to clients Attend industry events and training sessions to stay up-to-date on changes in the industry and to improve skills Respond to client inquiries and provide quotes and other information as requested Meet with potential customers to explain the benefits of l insurance and offer appropriate policies based on their needs Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activity Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies and initiatives Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars and scheduling appointments.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
