The company is looking for an administrative assistance with great customer services skills to join our team.
Tac distributes natural and manufactured slabs to licensed Fabricators and Contractors in Florida.
The company is quickly growing and in need of someone with clerical work experience.
Position Objective:
This person is responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including but not limited to greeting guests, answering phones, handling company inquiries, sorting and distributing mail, and assisting walk-in clients as needed.
Our office is open Monday to Friday 8am-5pm and Saturday 9am-1pm ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND

Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
Answer phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
Carrie out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Support team by performing tasks related to organization and communication.
Provide information by answering questions and requests.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Greet and guide visitors.
Strive to understand customer needs and requirements.
Contact Fabricators and customers as needed.
Follow up on holds and walk ins.
Check material for defects and informs customer and fabricator.
Address complaints or concerns in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
Ensure work space is presentable at all times.
Keep records updated.
Inform of potentials opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
Assist sales team to close sales and achieve monthly quotas.
Primary duty of pre-selling products and services by mean of marketing, networking, cold calling, referral and other similar inside sales techniques.
Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments.
Use TAC's cores values, vision, and mission to achieve customer satisfaction.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to problem solve and handle sensitive issues.
Ability to handle situations during a crisis.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions with objectivity.
Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Qualifications and
Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous customer service experience.
Home improvement or Construction knowledge is a plus.
Bilingual is a must (Spanish or Portuguese).
Strong customer service skills.
Detail oriented.
SKILLS:
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Excellent English writing skills.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Compensation and Benefits include:
Hourly pay based on experience and qualifications.
$16-$18 per hour.
Commissions for sales made in-store.
Holiday pay after a predetermined employment period.
Up to 2 weeks PTO based on employment duration.
