We are currently hiring Customer Support and Customer Scheduling Agents in our Fort Myers office, for our Uxari brand, specializing in intelligent products and cloud-based services.
Responsibilities for Customer Support Agent:
This position is a hybrid position that focuses on all aspects of Customer Service and Accounts Receivable.
Incumbents manage all forms of inbound and outbound communications, as well as Accounts Receivable invoicing, collections, and customer retention.
Compensation:
$22 - $28 per hour (Commensurate Upon Experience) Responsibilities for Customer Scheduling Agent:
This position centers on scheduling customer appointments and coordinating Technicians' daily assignments accordingly.
Incumbents inspect orders for accuracy and follow up with internal sources to ensure precision.
