Using technical skills to:
address and complete tickets, managed service clients, complete projects, maintain inventory, provide technical support, assist with walk-in clients in office, via chat, phone, or onsite with excellent customer service.
Essential Functions:
This role is accountable for addressing the majority service tickets via Calls/Chat/Onsite and determining the course of action to identify and complete resolution for the client.
Key
Responsibilities:
Resolve clients need for technical support either via remote or onsite, address Chat, emails, and help desk tickets onsite/remotely relating to Windows and Windows devices, backup, virtualization, email, printers, firewall/AP/networking equipment, specialty third-party software, and more.
MS Excel, Outlook, Word, strong verbal and written communication, ability to work with others, strong customer service, able to work from home, in office, and onsite, and capacity to learn ticketing system.
-Must Have Reliable transportation.
-Maintain ticketing system -Provide follow up with clients after service calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
-Prioritize tickets and find resolution in a timely fashion - Advise clients on new products that can fit their daily needs -Track time and expenses in system throughout the day, and submit reports at the end of the week -Office 365 Administration -Azure Active Directory -PSA, RMM familiarity Job Type:
