Our Compensation:
Our LUCRATIVE performance-based compensation pays you to build the Personal Training department:
Private Session compensation at 55%, at $100 you earn $55 per hour.
Bonus structure pays up to 6% on department revenue.
Stipend provides added dollars paid during each pay period.
What we look for in our Fitness Professionals:
Proven ability to build the Personal Training business.
Experienced in executing floor pulls.
Nationally recognized personal training certification.
Experience in recruiting and coaching the personal training staff.
Ability to run the department play book - Know the numbers, set goals, and hold the team accountable.
