This position supports and enforces all policies and procedures of the company.
In conjunction with the Director of Staff Development this position ensures that the site(s) follow all training guidelines and Policies and Procedures of the company, makes sure the company is compliant with all Department of Juvenile Justice guidelines, including establishment of training calendars and records management.
Under direction of their supervisor, plans, organizes, supervises, and coordinates the employee training program for all employees; does related work as required.
Requirements:
Prefer possession of a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business or human resource management.
Prefer prior health care facility experience in human resources.
Must be a certified trainer in one of the following:
First Aid, CPR, PAR, or Impact of Crime.
